Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of DetailDesk (the “Service”), a booking and scheduling platform for mobile auto-detailing businesses operated by Dream Boldly Studios (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate information when you create an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you register.
2. Free trial & subscriptions
New organizations may receive a free trial period. When the trial ends, continued access to the admin dashboard requires an active paid subscription. Your public booking page may remain available to your customers regardless of dashboard access. Billing, when introduced, is handled on the web; we do not charge a card at sign-up.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
- Send messages to customers who have not agreed to be contacted;
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
- Upload content that infringes others’ rights or violates applicable law.
4. Your data and your customers
You retain ownership of the business and customer information you enter into the Service. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to collect and message your customers, and for complying with applicable communications and privacy laws. Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your business while these Terms are in effect.
6. Service availability
We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
